The most kissed face. Peter Safar and Asmund Laerdal, the creators of the first aid mannequin Resusci Anne, chose a Seine woman’s death mask as the face of the CPR doll. As the mannequin was used for millions of CPR courses throughout history, “L’Inconnue de la Sine” has been dubbed “the most kissed face” of all time. This CPR manikin Annie is constructed with realistic anatomical parts that provide life-like and educationally effective CPR training. A realistic airway construction means that the airway naturally remains obstructed without the use of proper head tilt, chin lift or jaw thrust. This leads to more realistic training as chest rise will be seen when correct ventilations are made.
Care:
Thoroughly wash all external surfaces with warm, soapy water and a brush. To disinfect, scrub and wipe down all surfaces with manikin cleaning wipes or standard household disinfecting wipes.
