Welcome to This, That & the ODDer Things—Ypsilanti’s most enchanting emporium of the curious and the cool. Here, you’ll find everything from gothic-inspired fashions and vintage treasures to locally made art and one-of-a-kind gifts that strike the perfect balance between moody elegance and exuberant fun.

 A small, fiercely independent shop curated by local stylist-artist Claire Broderick, fueled by late-night fun, she set forth to bring something great to her town. Her own hand-made jewelry, decorative hair pieces and art, are also sold in shop. Inspired by New Orleans’ sultry streets and Michigan’s eclectic spirit, she set out to create a space that feels equal parts French Noir fashion and jazzy gift shop—where every visit is filled with curiosity, and every find has a story.
