A painting showed up at our door stoop on December 14, 2025. After an unknow gentleman came in trying to sell it or leave it at the store. He didn't say the painting was cursed or anything, not interested he left and was seen getting into a car and driving away with the painting. Hours later I stopped into the store and for a brief moment I stepped outside to find this very strange painting left at the stoop. It was unsettling to my employee who was clear that we weren't interested in this work of art at that time. She noticed a letter taped to the back of the painting. Ripping it off it was too long to read anytime soon. It actually took me a week to have the attention it deserved. In it it spoke of the hat man, shadow people, angels with flowing robes and a sense of evil surrounding the painting. Supposedly a family friend had contacted a psychic who informed the previous owners to get rid of it immediately! Which is what they did by leaving it at This, That & the ODDer things. From a quick google lens search an ebay listing came up for Cursed painting. It's supposed name signed and date brought up a handgun weapon of death. Another employee swears when I was out of town she saw a shadow person glide across the room. Now our building is haunted, so was it brought by the painting or has the shadow man been lurking in the shop for decades? Soon I will have some paranormal investigators in to execute a search for the answers to What the heck is going on with this cursed painting.....
